used car purchase
fantastic service from start to finish. a fair price for my part exchange and nothing was too much trouble. The salesman Nathan was great to deal with and all the staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend . I have waited 40 odd years to buy a VW Sirocco and Capital sold me a cracker.

Great bunch of guys, everyone i dealt with was friendly and efficient. Great selection of cars and really helped me find the right car for my needs and budget.
Capitol VW Merthyr superb after sales service
i bought a VW Golf Estate GTD from VW Merthyr Tydfil and i have had a couple of niggly issues with the car. 1. the sunroof jammed 2. the rear windscreen washer was constantly running when only the front washers were being used VW Merthyr were superb and resolved any issues to my complete satisfaction. The customer care I received was the best i have ever experienced from any car dealership. I will buy my next car there and only get them to service my car when required.
Very poor customer service by a very rude manager
Car went in for routine warranty work as my 3 year old golf was leaking water and had bubbling on my alloys, car was kept for 7 days before it was even looked at, The manager phoned to say the bubbling on the alloys was not covered under warranty even tho there were no scuff marks on the alloys, then continued to say it’s “my word against yours and what I say goes”. Car was not hoovered as expected and the marks from the water on the seats where not even attempted to be removed. Can’t help but feel incredibly let down by Volkswagen and even more annoyed by a very rude manger. Very poor customer service will definitely not be visiting the Merthyr Tydfil branch again...
