    Very good car dealer.

    Bought a Honda Jazz from them on Wednesday, 24 February 2021 with three months warranty. Good dealer. Excellent customer service. Arranged same day delivery. Nice car. No scratches. So far no problem. I would recommend G& M London Motors.

    Great Prius with main dealer history

    Bought a low mileage Toyota Prius. Good dealer. Arranged same day delivery. The car has a fantastic full dealership history and is as described. I would recommend G& M London Motors.

    Terrible after sales service. Do not buy from here

    Extremely poor after sales service. I found them very Rude and unhelpful when I had issues with the car only 7 days after purchase date. Whilst viewing the car I noticed white smoke coming out the back of the car. The sales man told me it was due to condensation build up as the car hasn’t been driven. As I was concerned, the garage gave me a 2 month warranty in case it was more than condensation. Mechanic how viewed the car and suspects head gasket issue! Called the garage to see if they would fix it for me. Was amazed when I was told the warranty was only given to me if the engine or gear box blows up. They will not fix the issue what so ever. In addition to this, Garage didn’t reply to my texts (5 sent over a week)... auto trader advert also stated full service history, but after looking at the service book lots of services have been missed. Would give zero stars if I could! It’s my sons first ever car at 17 so what should have been a great experience has turned into a nightmare.
