    Best Dealer in Surrey

    We experienced a non pushy sales service, with plenty of time to look at the car and discuss options etc. Got a good part X deal on our old car. Absolutely amazing customer service provided by Anthony , Would highly recommend A&R and will certainly use them again in the future. Friendly, always welcoming, courteous. Truly deserved the Best Dealer in surrey.

    Not worth the time.

    I don't take bad reviews lightly but this time is ridiculous. We called on the 11th of August in the morning to book an appointment to go see/buy a car. We got an appointment for 3 pm the next day, 12th of August, we got asked to call before leaving the house to make sure it was still available. So on the day we called before leaving, it was confirmed the car was still available for our appointment and would be there for us. We set off on a almost 2 hour journey, when we got there another couple was test driving the car. One of the employees had booked that couple on the morning of 12th August and didn't communicate to anyone else. We talked to the lady there and was agreed she would phone us in 30 min to tell us if they bought the car,so we were asked to wait in a coffee shop. 1 hour later we got the call... It's 2020,there are shared calendars to manage appointments. Lost half a day of work, petrol, and time. Don't be fooled by the fancy logo, not worth the time...

    How car buying should be

    I have used A&R carriages for my last 2 cars as they offer an amazing service, they listen to your needs. Source you the perfect car and talk you through the best options. I have found them to be consistently cheaper than all the main dealers and the service is just as good if not better. They got me out of a car in major negative and managed to get me in to a better car for cheaper, can’t recommend them enough

    Amazing and Trust worthy Dealership!

    A&R Carriages team is just perfect. Anthony is really honest and flexible. I have done a mistake in choosing the car, they just accepted to return the car without a question and even gave me a spare car, for a week, until they found me the right car that I wanted. I would always recommend them.
