No idea of how to provide a customer experience
Poor - from the receptionist to the person who ‘spoke’ so us about buying a car - they seemed very disinterested!
Friendly Staff and Environment
Unfortunately I did not complete a deal with Coulsdon Audi but the whole time I was there was a joy, working alongside Ben I went for a test drive in an RS5 where he was very helpful and then looked at a deal on a TTRS. There was difficulty with finance and subsequently led to me not buying from this dealership but still a great experience.

Poor aftersales service
We have bought 4 new cars over as many years, the sales service always being good. However, we experienced faults with two of the cars and this is where things are not so good. In both cases they were slow to acknowledge the problems, it took ages to get them to take the cars in and check them, when they were returned we were told there is nothing wrong, even though they were subsequently found to have a problem. We bought the latest car at the beginning of the year, and reported the problem within a week or two, it still hasn't been resolved and they can't take it back in until September. Not impressed.
Top drawer sales experience
Purchased a brand new S1 here and from start to finish everything was spot on. Ben in sales is a top chap who makes things very straightforward to understand. Collection of the car made out to make you feel a bit special.
