Called with a day before, went to see the car.Asked for a test drive, being told we can't as the MOT expired. However after a few minutes we've been told we can drive it just up the road in the village. We called the second day to say we willing to offer the pay for the MOT to be let to have a look underneath the car as well.Surpringly the car was already in the garage, they called back to tell me to go over to see it on ramp.Went over, the car wasn't on the ramp, being told to come back next day and they will call us to say the time.Neverhappened.They were fixing things, as well waiting for other parts.3 days later called the dealer, happy to go over as the car passed the mot with no advisory! Once arrived we have been told no chance to have a test drive, no paper work to show what have been done, if anything was done!Tried to lower the price, was told no and to not to come back! When told it will be posted online he said I can have a test drive...No transparency, be aware!

I think a few things need to clarified about this review. Firstly the mot had not expired but was very short and we agreed to put a new one on we also agreed a price should you choose to buy, after a test drive you said you would be in touch. We then sent the car for an mot as it needed to be done whether you bought it or not. When you contacted us again you were given all the details of the mot centre who kept you fully updated both on the phone and on your visits there, I would say that’s fairly transparent. You came back today to inform us that you had now decided you didn’t want to pay the agreed price, therefore what was the point in test driving again as we were not prepared to accept your low offer? You were shown a pdi (pre delivery inspection)report of the car and a new mot with ZERO advisories, again not transparent? If you were not satisfied on your first visit why come back ? I wish the garage that sells you a car next all the best as I’m sure their going need it.
