Very poor post-sale service
I bought an approved Volvo from Volvo Cars North London mainly in Sep 2020. The salesman seemed very inexperienced. During the process he had to leave his desk several times to ask his manager for clarification and approval. After I paid £2,000 deposite, he stopped communicating. He was supposed to call but never did. When I chased repeatedly, just 2 days before the agreed delivery date he said his manager had stopped him from handing over vehicles and focused stead on an event to sell more cars, which was a very odd explanation. A big car event during Covid pandemic? After I finally collected the car, I tried to contact the dealership twice but never got a reply. The first time I had a simple question about the built-in Sat Nav as the maps seemed out of date. No reply. The second time was about the log book, which I didn't receive after 5 weeks. Again, they never bothered to reply so I had to send DVLA a V62 form instead. Really appalling service really.
Amazing Experience and would definitely use them again when I next need to change my car. Attentive, Efficient and a desire to help me get what I need (not what they want me to have)
