  • Nice people awful communication

    From day 1 of buying/ordering the car online the communication was non existent. During the whole 10wk period I had to chase some times for more than a week to get any questions/queries I had answered. I appreciate that due to Covid these are "different" times right now but constantly being told "we're/they're so busy" isn't the customers problem. In fairness having said the above the actual facilities is excellent and the face to face service on the collection day was spot on.
