    Bought a 2nd Lexus from this garage , Mark was the sales person very relaxed very professional no pressure an amazing state of the art garage by here with confidence you won’t be disappointed 27/7/2019

    Very Upset, paid a £1000 deposit on an Audi a3 on Monday and left it with the saleman at Reading Audi to sort everything out so i could collect car on Saturday. Phoned up on Friday to make sure it was going to plan only to be told he left 3 days ago and he took my money but didn't do the paperwork so nobody knew about me other than the salesman and the car has now been sold. Very upset and angry, didn't expect this from an Audi dealer!!!

  • Stereotypical "Used Car Dealer" experience?

    The space here is very (too?) limited , so I cannot post the full details (that have gone into a complaint letter), so to summarise ; I test drove a car on Friday, made an offer which was turned down (usual "People seeing it over the weekend line") problem, I said ok, you have my offer, let's chat on Monday (today). Four hrs after my drive I was called, a quick negotiation on price and I verbally accepted their counter offer , with the proviso I could have the car (987 Boxter recently traded in) inspected for bore score issues. The young sales chap said that would be fine. Thereafter things derailed into comical farcial "Sales Professional Smokescreen" behaviours, with claims they weren't comfortable with a Porsche Dealer doing the inspection (one around the corner from them). I offered a local specialist (who doesn't sell cars) to do the deed. Sales chap said "Should be fine, let me check with my Manager". Two unreturned calls/emails later, still response at all
