  • Lack of basic credit

    I called BMW Aberdeen in the early morning to reserve a used car, explained I was from Edinburgh and need about 2 hours and a half on the motorway, made an appointment at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, change all the plans of the day. leave Edinburgh and heading to this dealer at 11:30. received a call from the sales at around 2 pm when I was about 30 miles away from this dealer which told me the car had been sold.complain to sales manager and ask the reason, the manager was very rude, answer the phone arrogantly: we have 14 sales here anyone can sell the car I only can tell you the car had gone, there is nothing else I can do. the manner feels like a hooligan. well, it took me 5 hours on the motorway. why humans need a concept called appointment. It is absolute nonsense for this company. the shameless manager leads a group of shameless sales. this company even lack basic credit. bring huge shame for BMW.

  • Avoid like the plague

    Quite simply the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership, and that's against some pretty stiff competition. Bought a £50k car from them, and other than when they wanted my money, they don't bother replying to you AT ALL! My car was missing some minor parts which they were supposed to sort out for me amongst other things, but despite numerous polite calls, messages and emails to them, not a single one has receievd a reply. They literally just don't care about their customers apart from when they're handing over money. Seriously, avoid them at all costs. Awful, awful company.

  • Unhelpful and Rude Staff

    Worst customer service from used car team and from service team ! I've been a customer with them since 2011 and they treat you without respect and care; all they care about is your money. Bought a 65 plate car in 2017 which was in for service 3 times already ! Paid for the car, waited a week until it was ready, drove away, got home and noticed a massive whole in the rear bumper covered in black paint; turns out one of their valeteers drove into a fence.... Next, drove a couple hundred miles and it needed it's first service; John Clark admitted it was their fault as they never checked !! Now, my brakes squeek and oil needs changing. Put the car in, waited a day and they called me back to say that they couldn't hear the squeek so they didn't know which side it came from so they couldn't diagnose a fault ?!? However, they sent me a video checking my tyre thread depth. What a joke.... Went to an independent BMW specialist who spotted problems straightaway. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

  • Raymond in the service department …

    Raymond in the service department (Service manager) sorted out my dispute no problems and restored some faith in this dealership. Had a 1st class experience this morning with the service expected from a premium brand. it helps when the service advisors are polite which I cannot fault compared to the person I experienced on Monday who could definatly benefit for some customer service training! Thanks again Raymond and your team.

  • Excellent service from Aberdeen BMW

    Not what I expected at all! I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from: arranging to meet with Lynn; through to specifying what I wanted; negotiating a competitive price; then arranging delivery with excellent follow-up service. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending John Clark BMW Aberdeen to others.
