Incompetence costing me £259
I bought my car at an Arnold Clark Volvo garage, and was sold a service plan. I got an email fromArnold Clark a year later inviting me to book my first service under my service plan (explicitly stated in the email), which I did. After the work was complete, the staff then revealed that my plan for Volvo garages only and not Arnold Clark garages, and I had to pay £259. This is incompetence to a high extent and I wonder how calculated it is to squeeze extra money from customers.

well looked after by staff. good model explanations and demonstration. no push . no need the vehicles do that quality volvo quality staff are the perfect fit.

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Was the easiest purchase and hassle free. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Highly recommended by an extremely happy customer.
