Alonso continues work with Ferrari

Fernando Alonso made his second semi-official visit to Ferrari's Maranello headquarters earlier this week, where once again he spent time familiarising himself with the Fiorano circuit.

The double World Champion, who will team up with Felipe Massa at Ferrari next season, spent an intense two days at Maranello, working with the team's engineers as they continued preparations for next year's Championship.

But it wasn't all hard work as Alonso was also given the chance to test his pace around Ferrari's Fiorano circuit.

The Spaniard got behind the wheel of a 458 Italia and then a 599 but fans will have to wait to see him in a Ferrari F1 car as the ban on testing remains in effect.
