Quick Search FAQs

You will have to choose a Make or a Maximum or Minimum Price in order to conduct a comparator search. If none of these are selected you will be prompted to do so before results can be brought back.

2. How can I search for just a certain make an model with no price range?

Simply just select Make and Model and leave the Minimum Price and Maximum Price set to default.

Simply adjust the Minimum Price and/or Maximum Price you are prepared to pay for a car and then click Search.

4. How do I search for a specific model when it isn’t appearing in the drop down?

Please check you have select the Make of the car first as this is required for the Model field to be populated. If you have selected Make and the Model is still not appearing, it may be that the specific model is not in stock in our comparator.

Additional Questions

21. How do I conduct a second search for a different Make and Model?

Select a different Make from the Make dropdown menu. At this point, if you are completing an advanced search, the Variant, Trim and Body Style fields will default back to Any Variant, Any Trim and Any Body Style.

You must make sure you change the Doors field, the Fuel field and Transmission field to the correct criteria for your new search as these fields WILL NOT default back to Any Doors, Any Fuel and Any Transmission.

Then select Search and your new search results will appear.

22. Help, what do I need to do if I receiving a message that there are no vehicles found under my search criteria?

Just make sure you follow the steps, the comparator always requires at least a Make or Minimum or Maximum price to bring back results. Also make sure that all fields are set back to default. Doors, Fuel and Transmission fields do not default back automatically.

23. What do I do if I only want to view new cars and not pre registered?

Simply open up the More Options section by clicking on the tab underneath the Make and Model fields. Then de-select the ‘Include pre-registered vehicles’ option and click on Search again.
