Toyota to recall 12,500 iQs in UK
Toyota has issued a safety recall for 12,500 iQs in the UK, due to a possible steering issue. The recall affects Toyota iQ models built between September 11 2008 and October 22 2010. The problem involves a possible steering sensor malfunction which can occur when driving over safety strips, otherwise known as rumble strips. This makes the steering more heavy, making it difficult to manoeuvre.
