The Nissan X-Trail has underlined its suitability as a family vehicle by scoring the joint highest ever points for child protection in the latest Euro NCAP crash tests. The Nissan SUV has been awarded four out of a maximum five stars in the adult protection, and the child occupant protection assessments.

Looks can be deceiving is a saying with substance when it comes to the new Nissan X-Trail. Despite being an all-new vehicle, it looks pretty much like its predecessor. But it is a massive improvement over the outgoing model.
