Makers announce autumn deals
As the dust settles on a successful month of sales in September, several companies have announced deals designed to stimulate sales for the rest of the year. Alfa Romeo, Citroen and Suzuki have all unveiled offers including cheap finance and free insurance.

Free servicing for Citroen C1 and C3
Citroen is offering three years free servicing on all new C1 city cars and C3 superminis. Buyers will receive a three-year or 35,000-mile warranty with all new Citroen C1 models ordered and registered by June 30, 2010 and all new Citroen C3s ordered and registered between May 12 and 26.

Citroen’s new tax-free C3 supermini announced
Citroen has announced the new C3 supermini which will avoid the cost of car tax when it goes on sale early 2010. A HDi 90 powered version will emit just 99g/km CO2 – the first full production Citroen to emit less than 100g/km. This places it into tax band A which avoids the annual car tax charge.
