AUDI A4 Saloon 2000‑2005

Great car that was reluctantly sold. Cannot fault build quality and reliability. Plenty of go for a 1.9 diesel and good comfort with the SE spec. If only the A4 estate was half the cost I'd be straight back to our local dealer. Worth the extra over it's VW sibling, have had both and the Audi is definitely worth the premium.

Excellent drive love the multitronic gear box,very different to driving the normal automatics,fuel effeciency not bad considering its an automatic but overall very reliable and economical through out .

What a car ! Had this car for over two years and only needed a coil pack, It has 129000 miles on the clock but feels like 50,000. Everything is still tight, smooth to drive, plenty of power. Interior still looks good. Audi build quality is second to none.

Only downside is fuel costs, which is the only reason I am selling., fuel prices these days are taking the fun out of driving for ordinary families.

Best car I've ever had. Fast, reliable and comfy. Very economical too. Good looking car which holds its value well. Only draw back is that it is a bit small for a family car. Boot not the most accomodating, but if that is not an issue, then you would do very well to get a better car.

The Audi is commonly thought of as a high end motor, with great reliability and comfort. although the car is only a 2.0L with no turbo or supercharger it still is quick to 60MPH and pulls well through all the gears. Never the less It does feel that it could do with a 6th Gear as when on motorways which this car is built for, it does feel like you hit the end of 5th and there is still rev's to be utilized. Having a toe-bar fitted is a great way to see how much torque the car has which I can say is Loads!

Day to day its MPG can vary like most cars but as long as your right foot isn't to heavy you will get 30-35 out of it no problem!

Overall a smooth drive, bomb proof family saloon with great stance in every environment.

This car is a great car it is a lot of fun to drive and has been totally reliable in the seven years that I have owned it.

I would really recommend anyone buying one to make sure that it has a full service history and has been looked after properly.

Make sure cambelts have been replaced at the proper times and that all other works needed are done on time. The car will then last you a very long time.

It is very spacious and has room for three adults in the back with reasonable leg room. The running costs are good although I wouldnt recommend main dealers to take care of it for you, preferably use an independant audi volkswagen garage who are very reliable

Car drives well, very well kept, we're having another baby therefore need to change for the bigger one

Now i have a realy big problem to find a better car than this one for this money. It is a perfect car for a long distance journeys.
