2010 Aston Martin DB9 unveiled
Monday 28 June 2010
The Aston Martin DB9 will benefit from a range of styling and technology changes thanks to a mid-life model refresh.
A re-styled front bumper, radiator grille, side sills and lower air intake with hexagonal mesh complete the body alterations.
Beautiful 20-spoke diamond-turned alloy wheels, silver brake callipers, headlight bezels and DBS-inspired clear rear light lenses add even more glamour to the package.
Handling has been improved by replacing the DB9’s passive suspension dampers with an adaptive system, which monitors road conditions and driving style and adjusts almost instantaneously. This will be standard on both Coupe and Volante models.
A tyre pressure monitor, improved Bluetooth system, Bang and Olufsen stereo and new alloy interior trim finish the interior upgrades.
The latest Aston Martin DB9 is now in production, with first deliveries in July. Prices start from £122,445 for the Coupe and £131,445 for the Volante convertible.
Both models are available with a six-speed manual or optional six-speed automatic transmission.
