The luxury saloon is powered by a 6.8-litre V8 engine, which develops 400bhp and 616lb/ft of pulling power. It sprints from 0-60mph in 5.96 seconds before going on to an electronically-limited top speed of 155mph.
The Bentley has clocked up 32,000 miles since it was bought new in 2001 and is fitted with alloy wheels, all-round heated seats, parking sensors, integrated sat-nav, audio remote control and twin alpine infra-red rear DVD player.
Extras include rear tables, chrome wing mirrors and sill trims, extra door wood trim and privacy glass.
For added brilliance, the luxury limousine comes with a Rod Stewart CD and two umbrellas.
The car has a full Bentley service history and cost more than £150,000 when new – a trifling sum for a man who is reportedly worth more than £100 million.
In the early 1960s Rod Stewart spent time travelling around Europe busking, tried his luck as a footballer and turned his hand to grave-digging. All, that is, before turning his talents to music.
The 65-year-old has shifted more than 250 million records and etched-up six consecutive UK number one albums over a 40-year career. He has been responsible for such karaoke classics as The First Cut is the Deepest and Do ya think I’m Sexy?.
The Bentley Arnage has been the luxury car of choice for everybody from Rio Ferdinand and David Beckham to Dragon’s Den stalwart Peter Jones – the latter’s Arnage is currently up for sale on Auto Trader.
Over the last couple of years, Stewart’s Ferrari F430 Spider and Ferrari 575 Maranello have both been advertised for sale on Auto Trader.
Rod Stewart’s Bentley Arnage is advertised for sale by VIP Car Sales of Knutsford, Cheshire, for £47,995.
There are currently more than 125 used Bentley Arnage for sale on Auto Trader.
