Have Murcie: Mad Lamborghini concept

‘Boring’, ‘unadventurous’ and ‘lacking finesse’ are three labels never thrown at Lamborghini’s design team.

Because, let’s be honest, they build the coolest, most out-there supercars. 

This hasn’t stopped 23 year old Iranian designer Emil Baddal giving the Lamborghini Murcielago a pulse-racing makeover.

Yes, we said 23 years old, and probably soon to be snapped up by a major manufacturer.

Baddal has taken a Murcielago and gone on the offensive, giving it more aggressive angles and turning it up to 11.

Remember Christian Bale’s infamous foul-mouthed tirade on the set of the new Terminator film? It’s that angry.

He’s re-designed the Lambo’s front, giving it a more angular nose and huge air takes.

To the side is a set of five-spoke alloy wheels while the rear continues the front’s triangular theme while also featuring a mad diffuser.

Not happy with giving Lamborghini’s workforce something to think about, Baddal has also turned his Photoshop wizardry to BMW and Ferrari.

The BMW study concept has a brutish front akin to a Ford Mustang, lawn mower ground clearance, low roofline and a large set of alloys.

With Audi and Mercedes making bona fide supercar, this could alert the Munich car maker of the potential around a real high-end BMW.

Take Baddal’s design, slip in the new 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine and we think they’ll be on to a winner.

On the Ferrari front, the Iranian has taken inspiration from a range of Prancing Horses including the 599GTB and Enzo.

As with the Beemer and Lambo, the Fezza gets little ground clearance and huge alloy wheels. Baddal’s clearly a member of the ‘get a good feel of the road’ club which we’ve just made up.

It’s doubtful any of the cars will be made, but we reckon mainstream car makers’ HR teams should start putting together enticing packages for the young lad.
