New Vectra launch update
|
12 September 2007 The unveiling looks set to be confirmed for London, thanks to the success of the Corsa, which was launched at last year's show, and because the UK is the largest market for GM's cars in Europe. GM Europe's vice-president of sales, Jonathan Browning, confirmed that there is a 'high probability' that the new Vectra will be seen first at the London show. Details about the car are also being kept under wraps, although Browning did confirm that the car's new name would be released later this year, with Insignia rumoured to be favourite. He also added that 'in terms of the next-generation Vectra, the step we are taking with the car is substantially greater than the steps we took either with the [latest] Astra or Corsa'. |
