Seat dealers are offering to carry out a 32-point vehicle inspection to make sure customer’s cars are in top condition for winter motoring.

The inspection includes a top-up of essential fluids including oil, screenwash and coolant, with tyres, brakes and the battery also checked.

Customers’ cars will also get a free wash and vacuum and a 1-litre bottle of engine oil.

Seat’s Colin Dick said: “This service check up is designed to take the worry out of winter motoring by looking at all the elements of the car most likely to be put to the test during the coldest season.

“By acting now and having these simple checks carried out, drivers will give themselves a greater chance of enjoying a hassle and incident free season on the roads.”

The safety check is available at participating Seat dealers until the 31st March 2008 and costs around £50.
