Honda NSX supercar is back
09 January 2007 Honda is making a welcome return to the supercar scene, after pulling the covers off its latest exotic concept. Launched at the North American International Auto Show in Badged as Acura – Honda's American luxury and sportscar brand – the ASCC packs a high performance V10 engine and four wheel drive. The concept features 19-inch front and 20-inch rear custom built, polished aluminium wheels and racecar-derived carbon ceramic brakes. Its dramatic styling was penned by the Los Angeles-based Acura Design Centre and features racy styling influences such as embossed bonnet vents and grip-enhancing spoilers. The Honda NSX – which F1 legend Ayrton Senna helped design – was axed in 2005 after 15 years in production. Auto Trader links
