Face-lifted Ford C-Max
05 December 2006 Ford has unveiled details of its face-lifted C-Max. The compact MPV will adopt more of an S-Max (Ford’s sportier, large people carrier) feel while shedding its Focus name. Sleeker and more refined, there will be three C-Max ranges; the LX, Zetec and Titanium. The fully-loaded Titanium is powered by the 2.5-litre Duratec engine. Boasting 17-inch alloys, cruise control and automatic headlights, the Titanium accelerates from 0-60mph in 7.4 seconds and has a top speed of 143mph. Ford’s C-Max will be available next summer with prices starting at £16,995.
