Rio, Ron and Roo’s former supercars for sale

Are you looking to get your hands on a Manchester United star’s previous car? Auto Trader currently has three for sale.
But it’s for a limited time only because one of the players in question, a particular player by the name of Cristiano, is on his way to Real Madrid in the next fortnight.
You’ve got a choice of the following cars:
• Wayne Rooney’s former Aston Martin Vanquish S
• Cristiano Ronaldo’s previous Porsche 911 Convertible
• Rio Ferdinand’s past-owned Bentley Continental GT
The three ‘Rs’ have all played vital roles for Manchester United as the Old Trafford outfit have won the Premiership three times on the roll.
And the trio of Rio, Ron and Roo have also been well known to splash the cash on flash cars – after all they each earn more than £100,000 a week.
Rooney is the biggest player when it comes to cars having had the pleasure of at least 19 models worth a total of £1.4 million parked on the drive of his and Coleen’s mansion over the years.
His old Aston Martin Vanquish S cost £180,000 in 2006 and can be yours with just 6,000 miles on the clock for £92,975.
With a 6-litre V12 engine developing 520bhp, the Vanquish S will accelerate from 0-62mph in 4.6 seconds before hitting 200mph.
Ronaldo, who is currently appearing no end on the back and front pages of the tabloids, is also appearing in the motoring pages after his old Porsche 911 Convertible came on the market.
The Portuguese winger and soon-to-be world’s most expensive footballer sold his car to a dealer who has put the model on the market for £69,995.
Under the bonnet of the Porker is a 3.8-litre engine which accelerates the German supercar from 0-62mph in 5.4 seconds and on to a top speed of 177mph.
Rio Ferdinand’s old Bentley Continental GT is also on the market. Ferdinand was the first owner of the 2004 model which is now being sold by its third owner for £53,205.
Thanks to a 6-litre W12 engine boasting 560bhp, the Bentley will hit 62mph in 4.8 seconds and go onto a top speed of 190mph – not bad for a 2.5-ton car.
The Continental is a favourite among footballers, in particular Man United’s players with Old Trafford owners having included:
