The retro-styled compact is capable of sprinting from 0-62mph in 11 seconds and on to a top speed of 106mph.
It comes fitted with alloy wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, fog lights, full electrics and a CD player.
Janet Street-Porter was born Janet Bull in south London, the daughter of an electrician and a dinner lady.
After a brief stint at a girls' magazine Petticoat, she joined the Daily Mail in 1969, becoming deputy fashion editor. In 1971 she joined the Evening Standard as fashion editor.
She has since edited The Independent on Sunday and writes regular columns for many national newspapers, on such subjects as ‘Why I hate Facebook’.
Street-Porter’s distinctive voice has made her a favourite of TV and radio impersonators, most famously by Pamela Stephenson on Not the Nine O'Clock News.
The 63-year-old has appeared on numerous reality TV shows, including Call Me a Cabbie and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, where she finished fourth.
She has also appeared regularly on Gordon Ramsay's The F-Word, where she took the role of ‘field correspondent’. Her job was to locate unusual food – such as crocodile and more recently horse meat at Cheltenham Racecourse – and then tempt diners to have a taste.
Janet Street-Porter’s Chrysler PT Cruiser – which has done 40,000 miles – is advertised for sale by Prestige Motors of Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside, for £3,980.
A quick search of Auto Trader found more than 440 used Chrysler PT Cruisers for sale, with prices starting from £1,295.
