A luxury 4x4 once owned by Manchester United and Wales legend Ryan Giggs is for sale on Auto Trader.

Giggs was the first owner of this Range Rover 4.6 HSE Autobiography, which he bought in 1999.

Powered by a 4.6-litre V8, the HSE produces 222bhp and 300lb/ft of pulling power.

And to boost performance, Giggs had a sports exhaust fitted.

This propels the 4x4 from 0-60mph in ten seconds before running on to a top speed of 124mph.

Inside the Range Rover is laden with luxury, boasting a top-of-the-range Alpine DVD player, sat-nav, all-round electrics, leather seats and walnut trim.

The British 4x4 uses an air suspension which allows automatic adjustment of the suspension’s height for when taken off-road.

Ryan Giggs stormed onto the football scene in 1990 as a prodigious 17-year-old winger. He was immediately dubbed the new George Best and named Young Player of the Year in 1992 and 1993.

In a record-breaking career the midfield marvel has won the league nine times with Manchester United, playing more than 500 club games in the process.

He’s also represented his country 64 times and – like Best – is regarded as one of the greatest ever players never to play in an international tournament.
