Hollywood star Kate Winslet has revealed the Jaguar XK is based on her curves.

The British actress told American chat show host Jay Leno: “Apparently, the man who designed this Jaguar car decided that I – for whatever reason – was the ideal woman. It’s kind of flattering.”

But the Oscar nominated 31-year-old says the designer made one mistake, saying: “The headlights aren’t big enough.”

Jaguar’s £60,000 coupe underwent a design overhaul this year, but the BAFTA award winner feels there’s room for one more change.

“I would have maybe given it wings like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.”
