The Audi R8 has taken the supercar world by storm – and now a top modifier has got its hands on it.
Although German tuning giant Kicherer has left the R8's explosive 4.2-litre V8 engine alone, it has turned its attentions to the styling and handling.
The most effective change is said to be a new set of springs from suspension experts H&R which reduces the ride height by 15mm at the front and 30mm at the rear.
A spoiler at the base of the front bumper and a new rear wing improve high speed stability, while a larger but lighter set of alloy wheels beef up the standard R8's looks.
