A super-quick Chrysler 300C owned by an England footballing hero is for sale on Auto Trader.

This goalscoring legend was the first and only owner of the 2006 Chrysler 300C, which is powered by the famous 5.7-litre V8 Hemi engine – but can you guess who it belonged to?

Producing 340bhp and 387lb/ft of pulling power, the five metre long Chrysler 300C (like the one pictured) accelerates from 0-60mph in 6.4 seconds and on to an electronically limited top speed of 155mph.

Inside, the American muscle car is equipped with heated leather seats, sat-nav, cruise control, all-round electrics and dual zone climate control.

On the outside, this footballing hero had the Chrysler fitted with monster 20-inch alloy wheels to compliment the Yank tank’s muscular body and aggressive grille.

But can you guess which footballer owned the black Chrysler 300C which has covered 6,600 miles and costs £21,990?

Here are a few clues:

He’s one of the Three Lions’ top goalscorers of all time.

He had played for a range of top clubs including Chelsea, West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan.

He’s well known to many for a famous football show.

He lost his place in the England World Cup team to a future hat-trick hero.

Do you know who the owner was?
