14 February 2007
by Adrian Hearn
BMW has announced details of its new flagship M Sport model for its 1 and 3-Series. The 3-Series M Sport cars come with a more aerodynamic bodykit, stiffer and lowered suspension and 18-inch alloys as standard. Inside the cars will be sportier seats and an M leather steering wheel and gear lever. Prices start at £28,330 for the 320i M Sport Coupe rising to £40,250 for the top-end 335i M Sport Convertible. The range-topping 130i M also gets a boost with a limited edition Sport model.
The scorching-hot hatch will also feature 18-inch World Touring Car Championship-style alloy wheels, chrome exterior surrounding the windows and a bespoke start/stop button. Only 160 of the limited edition 130i M Sport will be available with an on-the-road price of £30,270. Both M Sport ranges will be available from April.
