Vijay Pattni looks at the world’s most powerful motors – including a 1,500bhp twin-turbo Lamborghini.
He commands nearly 1.5 million troops, 1,000 elite Delta Force troops and an undisclosed number of nuclear warheads.

Because one tuner has created the world’s most insane – and quite possibly most powerful – Lamborghini.
‘Underground Performance’ has built a twin-turbocharged Lamborghini Gallardo with materials the Almighty used when constructing the cosmos.
These include two custom-built turbos, turbo headers, blow-off valves, custom intercoolers, high-flow exhaust tubing, custom heat shielding and an electronic boost controller.
The result is an astonishing 1,500bhp at the rear wheels; 1,800bhp if you count power straight from the engine’s crankshaft.
On paper at least, the mad Lambo makes the 1,001bhp Bugatti Veyron look like a Nissan Pixo, but we suspect the Veyron costs £830,000 for a reason…
Anyway, speaking of the big Bug’, its status as the world’s most powerful machine has been tested on more than one occasion by a number of young guns – so we’ve decided to bring you as many of the mad ones as we could find which aren't called 'Veyron'.
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the exclusive 1,000bhp+ club.
