WE’VE already seen Ducati work with AMG to make the special edition Diavel AMG.

 


But we knew that this was only the start of the relationship, so here is the next combined car/bike creation from the two big names.

 

 

The SLK 55 AMG is the most powerful SLK of all time. It has a 5.5-litre V8 engine with 422 hp and it has been painted in the same 'Streetfighter Yellow' as Ducati's most recent naked bike, the 132hp Streetfighter 848 (£9,995).
 

 

The car will cost 75,372 euros.

 


Inside there is Ducati Streetfighter Yellow stitching in the black leather plus yellow tweaks in the door centre panels, the beltlines, armrests, dashboard, shift lever gaiter and steering wheel.

 


Yellow LEDS illuminate the AMG door sill panels too.

 

 

If there is sufficient demand, the special colour variant could also be made available as an optional extra from the AMG Performance Studio.

 

 


AMG has also been the Official Car Partner of the Ducati MotoGP team since the start of the 2011 MotoGP season.
