Auto Trader news feeds can be used on your site as long as you follow these terms and conditions.
1. You must not alter, edit or change any of the code above at all.
2. You must retain links to Auto Trader (www.autotrader.co.uk) on your page.
3. Auto Trader should be credited on your page.
4. You may not directly or indirectly suggest any endorsement or approval by Auto Trader of your Site or any non-Auto Trader entity, product or content or any views expressed within your site or service.
5.(i) You have fully complied with, and shall continue to comply fully with, all applicable laws and regulations;
(ii) The Site shall contain no material which is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or which brings Auto Trader into disrepute, or which is in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
6. The Auto Trader News Feed is made available by Auto Trader on an "as is" and "as available" basis and Auto Trader gives no warranty of any kind in relation to the feed, or any content on the Auto Trader.
7. To the maximum extent permitted by law auto trader excludes all liability to you for any loss or damage howsoever arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to any liability arising in relation to the auto trader news feed, or any content on the auto trader website, any virus or other contamination or any unavailability of auto trader content.
8. Excluded websites:
You cannot use the Auto Trader feeds on your site if you display the following:
8.1. Sites that incite hatred whether based on race, religion, gender, sexuality or otherwise, or promote encourage or facilitate anti-social behaviour
8.2. Sites that promote, encourage or facilitate violence
8.3. Sites that promote, encourage or facilitate terrorism or other activities that risk
8.4. Sites that discriminate against any specific social group or otherwise exploit vulnerable sections of society
8.5. Sites that promote, facilitate or encourage illegal activity
8. 6. Sites which are misleading, pornographic, defamatory, or that contain illegal, or otherwise actionable content under
8.7. Sites which infringe individual privacy
9. Accreditation and Logo Guidelines
When displaying an Auto Trader Feed, your page should carry a credit. It should be displayed as follows:
