Helpful hints for using the SMS Valuation service
- Make sure you leave spaces between the word value, your registration number, and the mileage (e.g.) PRICE HD06NHN 10000
- Do not enter spaces within the registration number or the mileage
- Do not put commas, full stops, or any other punctuation in the text message
- At busy times, mobile networks may be slow, so please allow one hour between sending valuation requests
- Be careful to use 'zeros' and the letter 'o' correctly (e.g.) HD06NHN not HDO6NHN, or 10000 not 1oooo
- Please note that this service is for cars only, manufactured in 1999 or after and having covered a minimum of 10,000 miles. We do not value Japanese, US or other imports, vans or commercial vehicles, motorbikes and low volume vehicles (e.g. Caterham, TVR)
