1. Entry is open to UK residents excluding employees of the BGL Group, third parties involved in this promotion and their families.
  2. Entry to the draw is between 1st May and 31st May  2008 and is automatic when getting a quote with Bennetts via www.bennetts.co.uk only. No purchase is necessary.  Alternatively send your name, address and contact telephone number to Joanne Cooper, Bennetts, Pegasus House, Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, Peterborough, PE2 6YS. Entries submitted in any other manner will not be accepted and only one entry per person is permitted.
  3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
  4. Entries from third parties will not be accepted.
  5. The prize is a Yamaha R1 road bike painted in James Toseland’s race replica colours worth up to £10,000.  The prize includes twelve month’s road tax and a 2 years manufacturers warranty.    Services are not included. Entries will not be accepted after the close of business on 31st May 2008. A winner will be drawn at random on the 2nd June 2008 and will be notified within 7 days.    
  6. If the winner is aged 25 and over and does not have any claims, convictions or certain medication conditions, they will receive 12 months Bennetts bike insurance up to a maximum insurance premium of £600. Any premium amount over £600 must be paid by the winner.  Any add on products such as breakdown cover or Motor Legal Protection are not included and must be paid for separately. Any changes/amendments during the life of the policy and administration/cancellation fees are not included.  In the event of the premium for the insurance policy being less than £600 the winner is not entitled to payment of the difference.   7. If the winner is under the age of 25 or has claims, convictions or certain medical conditions, they will be responsible for arranging their own insurance however the Promoter will pay a contribution of up to £600 towards the costs of the first year’s insurance. The winner will be required to provide a written insurance quote to the Promoter and will then receive a cheque made payable to themselves in respect of Bennett’s contribution.  The cost of any add on products such as breakdown cover or Motor Legal Protection will not be included. Any changes/amendments during the life of the policy and administration/cancellation fees are not included.  In the event of the premium for the insurance policy being less than £600 the winner is not entitled to payment of the difference. 
  8. No cash or alternative prize will be offered however if in the event of unforeseen circumstances the prize is not available the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal value. The prize is not transferable.
  9. No additional expenses will be met by the Promoter.
  10. The winner will be responsible for collecting the vehicle.   If the winner fails to claim the prize within 6 weeks from the date of notification that the prize is ready for collection then the Promoter reserves the right to select at random an alternative winner.
  11. Proof of posting or sending an entry is not proof of receipt.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries or entries not properly completed or received due to technical, communication or other problems.
  12. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within seven days of the promotion ending, and then by post.
  13. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address shown below between 1st June  2008 and 30th June 2008 for details of the winners name and county.
  15. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photograph.
  16. Entering the promotion signifies the entrant’s consent to these terms and conditions.
